Process Conflict

Definition: Disagreements about how work should be carried out (methods, procedures, workflow). A type of Interpersonal Conflict.

Examples:

• Arguing over whether to use Agile vs. Waterfall.
• Disagreement on meeting frequency or task assignment.

Impact: Can be healthy if resolved quickly (clarifies roles, efficiency). Can escalate if left unresolved.
