Excel Function - FV

Used to calculate the Future Value of a present cash flow.

```excel
=FV(rate, nper, pmt, [pv], [type])

Where:

• rate: interest rate per period
• nper: total number of payment periods
• pmt: payments made each period
• pv: present value (initial investment)
• type: when payments are due. 0 for end of period (default), and 1 for beginning of period.
