Diamond E Framework
The Diamond E Framework was introduced in CEL by a strategy professor to talk about the role of strategy.
It conveys, that strategy is used to balance management preferences, organizational capabilities, and environmental influences to achieve a desired strategic outcome with the resources you have.

- What we want to do
- What we can do
