Strategy Alignment Model
aka “Strategy Triangle” is only an Ivey thing.
One of the models used in HBA1 Strategy Course:

Purpose
The idea behind this model is:
- there are some Company Goals I want to achieve
- To achieve these goals, I want to provide Value
- In order to do these things, I need to do some Activities
- As well, my product needs to be able to fit with my consumers or the market
TL;DR if my activities create a product that fits with my market and can effectively create value, then I have alignment with my goals.
